Qualifying Products
The Qualifying Product models eligible to take part in this promotion are: QN65A/3F, QP49A/3H, QP55A/3H.
Step 1
Register using the link at the bottom of this page for the Money Back Guarantee within 15 days of purchase to be eligible if a qualifying fault occurs. The standard manufacturer warranty is registered automatically.
Step 2
If your product develops a fault, report it via the standard Vestel warranty process. Once the warranty process is complete, if the fault on the registered product qualifies within the Terms and Conditions of the Money Back Guarantee, you can submit a claim within 14 days of the device being repaired or replaced.
Step 3
Provided that the T&C’s have been met on submission of your online claim, your payment will be processed within 30 business days of validation of your claim.
